~hala tuju selepas spm~

...adek-adekku sekalian.......herm,,,,result upu dah keluar kan????masih ader kekeliruan  x nak pilih yg mane satu......???ingat yer adek2....pilihan anda ni penting for your future tau!here....i will share some tips nak atasi kekeliruan itu...hi9....sekarang ni x di nafikan laaa student bijak2....pihak upu pom pening nak pilih korang ni tau!maklum laaa semua berlumba2 nak jadi best student..nak dapat kan straight a++++ kan masa spm dulu???.kak jiera dulu pom gitu gak....anggap spm ni antara hidup n mati .....dulu when i got my spm result,i cry in front of my dad tau when i got B in biology......fuhhhh frust giler2 kotttttt time tuuuu bcoz i think B in  biology that mean dah x de harapan nak jadi doctor....

.setuju x,kalau kak jiera kata ,ur result spm is nothing...... kecuali who those yg dapat cemerlang(straight A++++)...dorang yg cemerlang2 ni buleh laaa apply nk gi oversea...........lau setju sila tepuk tangan sekali....hi9.....n kalau  x setuju tu jgn marah yer...ni for my opinion jer....sapa2 yg dapat result spm ciputtttt tuuuu dont be sad my dear, there are still a lot of chances to youuuuu.....

dulu kak jiera pom x tau nk buat keputusan nk pergi yg mana..tapi disebab kan i got 8a1b(not straight A+++ like orang2 bijak pandai) so,i decided to choose matrik jer......matrik ni kira second chance ahhhh untuk  korang bertaubat kira nyer(like me)..hi9..

siyesssss la kan,,,dunia matrik best giler kot!so pilih la matrixxxx...x menyesal kalau pilih....that my opinion ok.....tapi.....tapi....ade syarat nyer nk masok matrik ni.....

-belajar x leh main2..sbb matrik ni 2 sem jer...korang kena pulun habis2 habisan.......kalau main sangat2  nanti kena tendang tau kalau x cukup pointer...... tapi dont worry.....

-senang jer nk score exam...sbb banyak carry mark(kuiz, lab and mid tem),,,,kuiz lak mmg senang,,,time kuiz to korang score la full mark......insyaallah 4.0 flat dalam tangan...lecturer lakk mmg baik2.....x kan menghampakan korang2......hi9..

-and kak jiera x pernah dengar kes budak matrik yg x leh masukkk universiti...siyessss.....kalau pointer 2.5 pom dah lepas nk masok u tau......
.tapi kak jiera pernah dengar student matrik yg kena tendang keluar sbb x lepas pointer..tapi tu student yg betul2 main2 laaaa.......if you want to success ,jgn main2...be focussss...even yg dapat 4A time SPM pom still can get 4.0 flat tau....."nak seribu daya,x nak seribu dalih"

*promote matrikkkkkk..hi9....

who those yg dapat asasi lakkkkk(asasi sains um or uitm),korang pilih la asasi tuuuu......asasi  sains ni pom mcm matrik gak tapi under universiti laa...nanti senang nak diserap masok bila ijazah nanti......tapi siapa yg dapat asasi law tu ,korang kena fikir masak2......asasi law n asasi sains sngt berbeza,,kalau law, awak mmg akan jadi future lawyer...jauh dah dari bidang sains...so,kena consider la minat adek2 tu dalam bidang per....
klau dalam hati tu ader minat nk jadi profesional lawyer one day....you can still continue to choose that asasi tapi....kalau still ader cita2 nak jadi doctor ,pharmacy ,engineer,teachers.....pilih la matrixxxxx.....still have a chance jika anda dapat 3.9 above(doctor n pharmacy).....

then diploma and matrik.....sure la kak jiera akan suruh pilih matrik....hi9...diploma 3 tahun tau..matrik setahun jer...lepas tu korang akn bahagia saambung buat degree...jimat umur tau...dont be sad la jika kita x masok universiti sekarang,be happy my dear...x best pom dok universiti ni..hi9...sabar setahun jer....then 4 tahun kemudian duduk la nk duduk universiti pom......

oh la lupa nk cakap..herm..kalau yg dapat asasi pertanian UPM  tu,better pilih matrik gak yer,,ni berdasarkan kawan2 kak jiera yg telah menyesal pilih asasi pertanian....hi9..

buat la keputusan yg terbaik..kak jiera just tolong bagi pendapat jer...all in your hand...your future determine by you not others...solat la iztikhorah kalau keliru sangat..Allah S.W.T lebih mengetahui aper yg terbaik untuk anda..........gud luck!(^_^)

The Top 10 Reasons Why You Should Not Go To Medical School... And The Single Reason You Should

Why you should not go to medical school - a gleefully biased rant.

Dr. Ali Binazir has some strong opinions about what you should, and should not do in medical school... and even if you should go.
Here's a synopsis from one of his posts on why you should not go to medical school... and the one reason you should.
By Ali Binazir MD:
In the few years since I’ve graduated from medical school, there has been enough time to go back to medical practice in some form, but I haven’t and don’t intend to, so quit yer askin’, dammit.  But of course, people keep on asking.  Their comments range from the curious — “Why don’t you practice?” — to the idealistic — “But medicine is such a wonderful profession!” — to the almost hostile — “Don’t you like helping people, you heartless ogre you?”
Since it’s certain that folks will continue to pose me this question for the rest of my natural existence, I figured that instead of launching into my 15-minute polemic on the State of Medicine each time, interrupting the flow of Hefeweizen on a fine Friday eve, I could just write it up and give them the URL.  So that’s what I did.
Now, unfettered by my prior obligations as an unbiased pre-med advisor, here are the myriad reasons why you should not enter the medical profession and the one (count ‘em — one) reason you should.  I have assiduously gone through these arguments and expunged any hint of evenhandedness, saving time for all of you who are hunting for balance.  And here are the reasons:

1) You will lose all the friends you had before medicine.

2) You will have difficulty sustaining a relationship and will probably break up with or divorce your current significant other during training.

3) You will spend the best years of your life as a sleep-deprived, underpaid slave.

4) You will get yourself a job of dubious remuneration.

5) You will have a job of exceptionally high liability exposure.

6) You will endanger your health and long-term well-being.

7) You will not have time to care for patients as well as you want to.

8) You will start to dislike patients — and by extension, people in general.

9) People who do not even know you will start to dislike you.

10) You’re not helping people nearly as much as you think.

And now, the only reason why you should go into medicine:

You have only ever envisioned yourself as a doctor and can only derive professional fulfillment in life by taking care of sick people.
There’s really no other reason, and lord knows the world needs docs.  Prestige, money, job security, making mom happy, proving something, can’t think of anything else to do, better than being a lawyer, etc are all incredibly bad reasons for becoming a doc.
You should become a doc because you always wanted to work for Médecins Sans Frontières and your life will be half-lived without that.  You should become a doc because you want to be the psychiatrist who makes a breakthrough in schizophrenia treatment.  You should become a doc because you love making sick kids feel better and being the one to reassure the parents that it’ll all be OK, and nothing else in the world measures up to that.  Or as my general surgery resident put it, you should become a doc because “my dad was an ass surgeon, my big brother’s an ass surgeon, and by god I’m going to become an ass surgeon.”
But woe betide you if there’s anything else, anything at all, that would also give you that fulfillment. Because pursuit of medicine would preclude chasing down that other dream and a whole lot more – a dream that could be much bigger, much more spectacular, much more enriching for yourself and humanity than being a physician.  Just ask John Keats, Walker Percy, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Giorgio Armani, or Michael Crichton (some of these guys being more alive than others these days).  Or you can just ask me a few years down the road, by which time I should have a blog entry for that question, too.
